Having worked in the digital industry for 10 years I know that everyone's careers has its ups and downs. I've been fired and re-hired three times and I've learnt that something good can come out of anything really. I know how to make people look at the bigger picture and strive forwards.

Protégé

Having worked as an Art Director for 8 years and then Creative Director for a year, the company I worked for went bankrupt due to the financial crisis. I've never found it hard finding a new job but now searching for a new job as a Creative Director (as I actually enjoy taking care of designers and seeing to the bigger picture much more than Photoshopwork) I found it extremely hard. My wife and I just moved to the south of Sweden about a year ago so my network down here is somewhat limited as well...
