Have spent most of my career providing businesses with capabilities via software applications. Experience is in IT and managing developers, training is in marketing, finance and management. Married with adult kids, I have also spent a lot of time volunteering as a sports club administrator (volleyball).

I have a strong analytical background with a demonstrated ability to create new growth opportunities. I also harnessed leadership skills in global software development working on virtual teams. I have been mentoring and coaching teams through programs driven by goals, and leading by personal commitment and ethics. I am passionate about innovation and I am goal driven with market pull and technology push approach. I have passion for research and leadership in the field of applying virtuous leadership skills and new technologies for competitiveness and growth of the organization.

Jeg har en optimistisk og rolig natur i min personlighed, og jeg kan ofte være eftertænksom, men er ikke sen til at reagere og afværge problemer, hvis jeg aner sådanne forude. Jeg handler ofte på min intuition og er ikke bleg for at dele min viden med andre mennesker, ligesom jeg også nyder at møde nye mennesker og oplevelser. Jeg er musikalsk anlagt, og spiller derfor elektrisk bass i et rockband. Foruden dette har jeg også spillet fodbold i en del år, selvom jeg desværre ikke har tiden mere, og endvidere interesserer jeg mig for bordfodbold foruden andet sport og spil. Den danske forkærlighed for hygge har ikke gået mig forbi, og derfor føler jeg mig godt tilpas i selskab med gode venner, familie og andet godtfolk.

My personal and overall goal is to become independent - hopefully with my own small scale company or even a couple. Currently I am working as a Futurist at The Copenhagen Institute for Futures Studies, with experience within Creativity and innovative processes, User driven innovation, social media, city scapes, technology visions and the future Internet as well as extensive research in gender mainstreaming for the EU within the 6th and 7th framework programme. I am working towards convergence within several of my fields of interests, combining city scapes with social media and technology studies. In addition I am gaining knowledge about c++, html/html5, SEO. I am an avid writer - journalism, reports and the social media are great playgrounds for developing my own style.

Interested in branding, culture and innovation. Employed at Brandculture, a Copenhagen based consultantcy working with organizational development driven by the brand. I live in Sweden with Linda. I have a CBA degree from AVT institute.

I've got an higher education in the political science and public relations and journalism as a minor. My working experience involves internet marketing, web design, information and usability architecture, business analysis, account and project management and executive work. Most recently I've been working in a public sector (Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications for Estonia) in the technolgy and innovation division. Specialties: Creative analysis, strategy planning, information architecture, design and usability.
