Yandaro is the Head of Training Touch a Team event and adventure specialist (www.trainingtouch.com). He is a Certified Trainer and Facilitator who has played a pivotal role in the development of Malaysia’s National Service Program (PLKN). Under the Ministry of Defense, Yandaro has developed coaching materials, schedules and syllabuses for the Character Building Module in the PLKN program. To date, he has trained more than 1,000 PLKN Character Building Trainers throughout Malaysia. With his experience and exposure in the Corporate and Government sectors, Yandaro offers a unique blend in his Facilitation delivery. Yandaro is also a certified Drum Circle Facilitator and is the lead percussionist for Drum Stompers (www.drumstompers.com)

His professional path is a reflection of his passion for fostering performance and self-improvement in others. Yandaro’s forte lies in the development of confidence through advancement of self-awareness, positive attitudes and character building in individuals. Prior to joining Training Touch, he has held key Training and Development positions serving Public – listed companies in Malaysia.
