When launching a web service the big question is always - what is the business model? Well we have thought and talked a lot of matching the right balance. We concluded that as long as we are in beta, building, adding and improving Mentory, it must be free. But in the future the most reasonable way to cover our expenses is to charge, since we are self-funded.
We have designed several business models, but we are observing user behaviour, feedback and the future development of the system before deciding the best one. Our present plan is that we will charge our Enterprise system and the rest will be free.
However users that signed up before March 1. 2009 will get unlimited access to goals forever - thanks for the start-up support!
